conslt.ae is the UAE arm of a practice that has worked in the Polish market for over six years. We are registered in Dubai as SoCap City LLC-FZ, with an office in ParkLane Tower and an operating team in Warsaw.

We exist because of a gap we kept running into: entrepreneurs in the UAE who wanted a European entity were choosing between Polish firms that could not meet them and UAE consultants who outsourced everything and understood none of it. We do both halves ourselves.

Today we handle company formation, accounting, payroll and residency for clients across the Emirates — 120+ cases delivered, in English, Arabic and Russian.
